Sorry it has been a while since I last wrote. September turned out to be a little crazier than I firs expected. School started again, so I was getting used to the schedule again. And the end of each month is super crazy. Oi.

October is seeming to be an overwhelming month. This week I have a friend coming in town from somewhere I lived a few years ago. It'll be nice to see her. She's coming in on Thursday night and so she'll stay that night with me and probably the next night. We'll see.

Next week is my aunt's birthday on the 16th and Anime Banzai on the 17th. It's the biggest anime convention here and I'm going to go in my cosplay. I have to finish my Link cosplay still. That factors into the craziness. I'm close to finishing my shield, sheath, and sword. Just some filler, glue, gesso, and paint. Then I have to get a wig before then and hope that my ears come in time. I hope they do! I want to be able to enter the cosplay contest. I'll make sure to take pictures.

The week after is a nice break, but I'll have to use that time to write two papers that are due the next week. My aunt also wants to make stuff that week for my cousin's school's carnival. (Like candies and things like that.) Halloween falls into this week and right after that things should cool down.

So, I'm sorry that I won't be able to get a lot of art done. At this point it's looking like my cosplay and maybe an amigurumi will be the only things done.

Here I am. I'm not dead as proof by the rush of deviations. And here's something cool. I've hit a big benchmark. I have surpassed 100 deviations. O.O Who knew! I guess the flood of photos and then the flood of amigurumi related ones finally got me to that.

I also hit another benchmark recently. I guess it was the flood of deviations, but my eyes suddenly beheld 3k in page views. Wow! I'm truly grateful. <3

On a personal note, my art will be slower now. Family has come in town yesterday and the rest tomorrow. Once the rest of the clan gets here tomorrow it's going to be busy, busy, busy. I won't be able to post anything new until September. I'm hoping it will be the art trade that I have with . I haven't decided what I'm doing yet because it deals with illusion. Perhaps I'll do something with magic. That counts as illusion, right? xP

Now that I finished the plushie I promised, I'm wondering to myself,'So, what's new?' Well, there is the cosplay that I've been mentioning. However, I don't think that will get done until October. Why October? Mainly because I won't wear the costume any other time. There are no conventions near me that I haven't missed already and I really don't have the cash to go to one. I wish that conventions happened more around the year than in the summer. Then I could enjoy the fun possibly.

There is a Harry Potter scarf that I'm knitting. It's the first knitted project that I've ever done so I may share it here with the dA community. I might also make a necklace to go with my whole outfit that I'm wearing to the newest movie. It'll be fairly simple but fun to wear.

There's probably a chance of seeing more charms as well. I don't have any planned at the moment but I'm sure I'll come up with some to make before the summer is over. Wow... Where did the summer go? There are only a couple months left. O_o

And on another note, the dA forum is weird. I've only made one post because people are just weird. I lose interest when someone starts bashing someone else for saying something small. Holy crow. I think everyone should take a chill pill.

I got my boxes two days ago so I've been busy making some stuff. The plushie that I've been promising is on hold until I figure out how to relieve the tension on my sewing machine. My mom isn't sure how to do it either so I might have to ask around the internet to get my answer. I do have another plushie that I finished before the sewing machine acted up. That will be posted up as soon as I get pictures. I also have some charms that need glazing. I just finished painting and boy does my back hurt! The life of an artist I guess. xD
